PEPCO, the European fashion and household retail chain operating in 16 countries and around 2,827 stores, needed a way to digitize and unify HR and accounting processes across its growing footprint. TULIP Solutions provided TULIP as a cloud platform for time and attendance, business travel, onboarding, accounts payable, and expense management.

TULIP Solutions implemented standard and custom workflows tailored to PEPCO’s multi-country structure, enabling unified attendance tracking, automated shift planning, digital onboarding, invoice approval, and travel settlement. The results included reduced HR workload and errors, faster onboarding, and streamlined cross-border approvals, with 515,333 invoices and 27,843 employee expenses processed in TULIP by June 2022.
