Digital time-off tracking for well-known flight ticket search engine

Kiwi.com, the well-known Czech flight ticket search engine, needed a better way to manage HR processes across teams spread across multiple countries and working in different locations. In 2019, it turned to TULIP Solutions for help with time-off tracking and broader employee self-service needs, including pay slip distribution and attendance management.

TULIP Solutions implemented TULIP as an ESS platform for Kiwi.com, with time and attendance management, time-off tracking, pay slips, insurance documents, and payroll data exchange connected through an API. The result was a unified online system that saved time for employees and HR, improved data accuracy and payroll reliability, and simplified attendance management across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Great Britain, and the Netherlands; by June 2022, 1,177 employees had used the platform.
