Alpiq AG, a Swiss electricity producer and European industry leader, wanted to increase efficiency and speed up attendance management, pay slip distribution, and business trip processing across its Czech and Polish entities. It worked with TULIP Solutions and its cloud portal for time and attendance, payroll data exchange, pay slip distribution, and business trip management.

TULIP Solutions implemented a simple, intuitive cloud platform that replaced manual paper and email approvals with digital workflows for business trip approvals and settlement, while also supporting time and attendance and payroll-related tasks. The result was a more organized, transparent, and user-friendly process, with reduced errors in trip settlement and saved time for HR and finance teams; by March 2022, Alpiq had processed 1,602 business trips in the Czech entity through TULIP.
