Nautique, a high-end boat manufacturer in Orlando that assembles 13 boats per day and produces 500–600 customized upholstery parts daily, faced a lack of real-time visibility across its multi-stage upholstery operation. To address this, Nautique turned to Tulip and used a Tulip-built Job Tracking App to capture shop-floor activity and operator assignments for 90 upholsterers working across the line.

Using Tulip’s app, dispatchers scan operators and parts to check items out and back in, automatically recording who worked on each piece and how long each step took, calculating real-time cycle times and aggregate performance.
