Staymobile replaced their paper-based work instructions with Tulip to enable data collection

Staymobile, a national electronics repair provider, struggled with inconsistent, paper-based work instructions across geographically distributed sites and couldn’t reliably collect the data needed to standardize procedures and verify technician compliance. To address this, Staymobile turned to Tulip and used Tulip’s manufacturing application platform to replace paper instructions with digital, configurable work instruction applications.

Using Tulip, Staymobile deployed cloud-delivered, no-code work instruction apps (built on AWS) that integrate with their ERP, centralize data collection, and provide in-line quality checks and version control. Tulip enabled standardized workflows, eliminated paperwork, streamlined technician tasks, and gave visibility into SOP compliance; as a measurable impact, the rate of repairs requiring repeat work fell to below 2%, with sustained improvements in quality and throughput.
