Rich Brilliant Willing(RBW), a Brooklyn-based lighting maker with hundreds of custom designs and more than 1,000 SKUs, faced a high-mix, short-lead-time production challenge: manually built-to-order fixtures, hard-to-track labor and inventory, and an aggressive 10-day lead-time. To simplify shop-floor operations and get more value from their existing Netsuite ERP, RBW turned to Tulip to connect digital work instructions with Netsuite and standardize workflows across stations.

Tulip integrated with Netsuite to automatically pull bills of materials, generate SOPs, and deliver barcode-driven, dynamic work-instruction and picking apps that operators use at the station. Rolled out from an initial two stations across the value stream, Tulip reduced human error, cut cycle times, sped onboarding and targeted training, helped RBW meet lead-time goals, and enabled accurate production labor tracking for better pricing and visibility.
