EAM Maliban, one of Sri Lanka’s largest and most advanced garment manufacturers, was looking for ways to improve efficiency in pattern making, grading, and marker making across its 16 factories. The company wanted to move beyond a competing CAD system and adopt a more digital, streamlined approach, and turned to Tukatech’s TUKAcad to support that shift.

Tukatech implemented a centralized system for digital pattern making, grading, marker making, shrinkage calculation, and cut planning, helping EAM Maliban improve accuracy, speed up approvals, and strengthen collaboration across factories and with buyers. The results were significant: EAM Maliban reduced its pattern-making team from 35 people to 20, improved lead times, and increased overall productivity and communication.
