Brandix Casualwear, a Sri Lankan apparel manufacturer focused on value-added bottoms for men, women, and children, needed to improve its cost structure and stay competitive in a challenging global market. The company was already using CAD systems, but wanted better efficiency, faster sample development, and more accurate patterns to support growth.

Tukatech implemented its fashion design and pre-production software, including TUKAcad and SMARTmark, and customized the system to Brandix Casualwear’s needs. With Tukatech, Brandix reported a 33% efficiency improvement target met in phase one, faster and more accurate fabric cutting, nearly 100% first-time sample approval, and improved fabric utilization and productivity.
