Wasa Kredit boosts process competence through tt performance suite

Wasa Kredit, a Stockholm-based financial services company, faced long case management times, heavy reliance on a few employees’ skills, difficulties working across unit boundaries, and non‑standard approaches. To address this, Wasa Kredit adopted tts’s tt performance suite for user documentation and business-process visualization across levels 1–6, supported by implementation partner Peritum AB.

Using tts’s tt performance suite, Wasa Kredit mapped processes, standardized templates and content (migrating some 600 routines and creating simulations for about 400 instructions), trained authors and rolled the solution out to roughly 275 users. The result: decision time for handling process questions fell from 10–15 minutes to about one minute (with a target of 30 seconds), faster case management, greater compliance with standard processes, and higher employee and customer satisfaction.
