Ypsomed AG, a Swiss medical technology company, needed to amalgamate a wide range of learning requirements into one global learning environment to support ongoing employee development and meet regulatory training needs. To make this possible, Ypsomed worked with tts, using its transformation consulting expertise and SAP SuccessFactors Learning as the learning management solution.

tts provided a holistic consulting and implementation approach, starting with stakeholder alignment, requirements documentation, personas, target operating model design, and a two-phase rollout plan. In phase 1, tts helped Ypsomed implement SAP SuccessFactors Learning for Learning & Development; phase 2 will integrate regulatory training and validate the LMS. The result was a successful, well-accepted global learning environment with improved communication, clearer processes, and a scalable foundation for future learning, though no specific numerical impact was reported.
