Bystronic, a global provider of sheet metal processing solutions with 3,600 employees across 40+ sites in 30+ countries, wanted to strengthen its position as a digital pioneer and attractive employer. To do that, it needed to modernize and digitize HR processes so it could better attract top talent and support growth, after a previous SAP SuccessFactors implementation attempt had failed.

Together with tts, Bystronic introduced SAP SuccessFactors step by step, starting with Performance & Goals and later adding Compensation, Recruiting, Succession & Development, Learning, and Employee Central. The rollout improved global process standardization, self-service, data compliance, and the employee experience, while reducing administrative effort, training needs, and costs; HR work that once took weeks in Excel became available “with a click,” helping strengthen the company’s digital mindset.
