Corbion, a biotechnology company in the Netherlands, faced a major change-management challenge as it moved from highly customized SAP R/3 processes to the more standardized SAP S/4HANA environment. To support the CUBE ERP transformation, Corbion needed to drive user adoption while helping employees learn new processes, roles, and outcomes across a greenfield implementation.

tts implemented the tts performance suite to support content creation, curation, and context-sensitive delivery of training and guidance. Corbion used a structured, industrialized approach with standardized templates, SME input, localized materials, and in-workflow support, which simplified training development and integrated learning directly into daily work; the rollout began in Asia on 1 October 2019 and is still being expanded, with Corbion planning to use this approach as its new standard for future change initiatives.
