Continental AG, a global manufacturing company with 230,000 employees across 554 locations in 61 countries, needed a better way to share scattered business know-how, improve IT application usage, and reduce helpdesk and training costs. The company worked with tts and its tts performance suite, including the tt knowledge force documentation and authoring component, to support users with company-specific guidance.

tts implemented QuickAccess and the tt knowledge force to provide contextual, in-application support and enable subject matter experts to create content quickly by recording process steps. The results were significant: over 14,000 documents were created and updated by more than 800 eLearning authors, content production increased 10x, and more than 50,000 employees worldwide now receive support through the platform, helping Continental scale knowledge sharing and lower support burden.
