Stadtwerke München (SWM), the municipal utilities provider for Munich, needed a way to create, align and distribute large volumes of training documents while integrating with its IT environment and corporate design rules. With about 200 authors producing roughly 2,300 documents, SWM engaged tts and its tt knowledge force and Web Publisher solutions to address authoring scale, template consistency and user-privilege management.

As a result, SWM now produces and edits courseware, system documentation and e-learning quickly and consistently, delivers documents in multiple formats on the intranet without a separate learning platform, and achieved a uniform look-and-feel across materials—measurable outcomes tts supported throughout implementation.
