Snop, a major automotive supplier with 8,700 employees across 40 sites in 12 countries, needed a way to manage a large and growing training effort across its international operations. To support over 1,300 training courses in eleven languages, Snop turned to tts and SAP SuccessFactors Learning to replace manual administration and documentation with a scalable, automated learning solution.

tts implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module using QuickStart and handled the required backend settings and personalizations. With targeted training for Snop managers, tts enabled a rapid rollout, first in the DACH region and then internationally, growing the user community from 1,000 to more than 7,000 and establishing a company-wide training library with over 1,300 learning programs.
