SICK - Customer Case Study

SICK, a global sensor specialist, faced rapid growth and digital-transformation challenges that left employees needing faster, context-sensitive access to concise learning—especially during a major SAP rollout. To provide a central performance-support entry point and extend its LMS, SICK partnered with tts, deploying the tt performance suite (including tt knowledge force and the ttps “orange” QuickAccess) to enable decentralized creation of quick-access content.

Working with tts, SICK’s internal SAP teams produced 200 new learning units with tt knowledge force and launched QuickAccess in SAP areas while establishing document managers, a style guide and an agile authoring process. The tts solution standardized content, kept it up to date via a central access point, improved process reliability and efficiency, and generated strong demand for ttps QuickAccess across other departments.
