Tyrolit, a mechanical engineering company with 4,800 employees across 29 locations in 11 countries, needed a modern learning management system to replace its existing solution. With only six weeks for implementation, the project had to be run entirely remotely, under cloud and permission constraints, and with limited year-end resources. tts supported the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Learning using its QuickStart approach.

tts implemented SAP SuccessFactors Learning with preconfigured processes, remote collaboration, and focused knowledge transfer to harmonize Tyrolit’s training processes and reduce IT workload. The technical go-live was completed on schedule before Christmas, and 400 selected employees entered a pilot phase before company-wide rollout. The project was finished ahead of plan, with the customer highlighting the professionalism and strong cooperation delivered by tts.
