Raiffeisen Group, Switzerland’s third-largest banking group (246 legally independent banks, 11,000+ employees), faced a full core-banking transformation that required secure, compliant training across three languages and complex regulatory constraints. For the training and qualification part of the program, Raiffeisen partnered with tts and adopted the vendor’s tt performance suite (ttps) to support the roll‑out.

tts’s Zurich qualification team produced extensive digital learning media and implemented a 70/20/10 approach, using the cloud version of ttps and its tt guide component to deliver context‑sensitive step‑by‑step support. The program engaged 1,800 key users and 143 trainers, produced 2,500 documents, delivered over 15,000 e‑learnings with over 16,000 passed tests, raised competence from an 80% target to 98%, passed Financial Market Authority documentation checks, and helped Raiffeisen win the WiT Award 2018.
