The best-practice rollout gave Zehnder a stable foundation for further expansion, with Performance & Goals launched a few months later and additional modules such as Compensation, Learning, and Succession & Development planned. As a result, Zehnder gained more efficient international HR management, better data quality and transparency, and a scalable platform for future rollouts.
