Orona, the Spanish manufacturer of elevators and escalators, faced rapid inorganic growth and an international IT transition that left 1,500 users across nine countries working with constantly updated live applications and multi‑language needs. To ensure maximum availability of Orona Suite and Orona Secure Cloud and get users productive quickly, Orona engaged tts (via partner Entelgy) to deploy tts solutions — notably tt knowledge force, tt guide and QuickAccess — integrated with Moodle as the LMS.

tts implemented a blended PUSH (pre–go‑live structured training) and PULL (post–go‑live quick‑access knowledge) model combining e‑learning, guidelines and context‑sensitive access. The rollout delivered clear results: about 30% cost savings versus classroom training, a 35% reduction in incidents, no coaching required at go‑live, high knowledge‑base usage (100+ document consultations per week and ~20 weekly visits on average to 45 guidelines) and extensive localized content (187 lessons, 155+ hours), demonstrating tts’s impact on productivity, autonomy and knowledge retention.
