NTT DATA Europe & Latam, part of NTT, needed to harmonize a fragmented application landscape across more than 18 countries and migrate 50,000 employees to its parent company’s software portfolio within 12 months. The result was a rapid transition from project start to business as usual in just 12 months, fewer help desk requests, faster problem resolution, reduced training and support needs, and improved user autonomy, productivity, and process reliability.
