Migros, a major Swiss retailer with approximately 100,000 employees, faced the challenge of digitizing and standardizing all of its HR processes across its entire group of companies by 2025. Their goal was to create a unified database and consistent processes for over 80,000 employees using SAP SuccessFactors. For this ambitious "HR25" program, they sought an experienced implementation partner and selected the vendor tts.

Processes that once took weeks were reduced to a push of a button, providing centralized data and enabling reliable company-wide succession planning.
