Luzerner Kantonalbank (LUKB), a Swiss cantonal bank with about 1,000 employees, faced a fragmented, hard-to-search intranet where IT guidebooks and training materials were scattered and time-consuming to update. LUKB engaged tts to deploy the tt performance suite (including the tt guide electronic performance support) to centralize IT documentation, interactive guidebooks and subject-specific e-learning and provide an ergonomic authoring tool for its content creators.

tts implemented tt performance suite, trained an authoring community and deployed a web publisher with context-sensitive Quick Access; within months 700 learning units were online and the author team grew to 25, serving more than 1,000 users. The tts solution sped content creation, reduced author workload, delivered just-in-time workplace support via tt guide, increased employee acceptance of e-learning and made training processes noticeably more efficient.
