How to successfully implement an LMS remotely

Randstad Germany, a major HR services provider, needed to implement a new learning management system to integrate various processes and enhance its Tech & Touch strategy. The project's major challenge was the need to begin this complex implementation at the onset of the COVID-19 lockdown, which forced a shift from an in-person to a predominantly remote rollout.

The vendor tts implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Learning system remotely through agile and flexible practices, including intensive virtual collaboration. Despite adding complex custom features, the project was completed on schedule and went live in November 2020. The system was well-received by employees for its smooth processes and clear design, quickly becoming the backbone of the Randstad Business School.
