General Optica, a leading Spanish optician with a 12% market share, 1,600 employees and 235 stores, needed to prepare its distributed workforce for a group-wide SAP rollout. The main challenge was delivering consistent, concise learning content across many locations and SAP modules — the company produced 600 handbooks and e-learning simulations and engaged vendor tts to support the roll-out using its tt knowledge force solution.

tts implemented tt knowledge force to build process-aligned, interactive user manuals and role-based e-learning, published on an online portal with context-sensitive SAP help and multilingual support. Using an initial pilot of 200 users and a train‑the‑trainer cohort of 32, General Optica trained all ~1,600 branch employees; the tts solution reduced course creation and delivery time, cut the number of trainers and travel costs, and helped deliver the SAP implementation on time and within budget.
