How Endress+Hauser Flowtec restructured its learning content for production workers and brought it all together in tt knowledge force

Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG faced a fragmented training landscape: more than 700 learning modules existed in mixed formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with inconsistent templates, chronological organisation and no clear authorisation controls. To simplify creation, standardise presentation and organise content by processes (welding, calibration, assembly), Endress+Hauser engaged tts to migrate and consolidate its material into tt knowledge force.

tts implemented a full migration into tt knowledge force, introduced consistent process-based templates, centralized versioning and access controls, and enabled free-text search and printable step-by-step instructions for production trainers. The result: a single searchable database that serves 320 Reinach employees, strong user acceptance from rollout in November 2013, clearer quality gates and version control, and much faster access to training content across the production floor.
