Fuchs, a global supplier of lubricants with more than 5,700 employees in over 50 countries, needed to reduce manual HR work, standardize and digitize personnel processes worldwide, and create a consistent self-service and eLearning experience. To support this transformation, tts helped Fuchs implement SAP SuccessFactors, starting with the Employee Central and Learning modules.

Using SAP RDS and a predefined rollout approach, tts built a global template that covered about 80% of core processes while still allowing country-specific adjustments and translations. The project went live in just seven months, stayed within budget, and delivered more transparent HR data, improved user acceptance, and a scalable foundation for further global HR modules and innovations.
