For Liebherr, tts developed an expandable training concept for training in a decentralised and centralised context

Liebherr, the global engineering group with operations in more than 50 countries, needed a training concept that could work across both decentralized units and central corporate rollout requirements. To support the introduction of new software systems and a Learning Management System, tts helped create a scalable training approach that balanced local flexibility with group-wide consistency.

tts implemented a layered solution combining short WBT/e-learning modules, trainer presentations with guides, performance support in QuickAccess, and concise one-page flyers. For the LMS rollout, tts delivered about 1 hour of e-learning for 5 system roles in 3 languages, with more than 100 supporting guides; for the later HR system rollout, the concept expanded to 8 languages, webinars for key users, assessments, and change-story videos. The result was a practical, expandable training ecosystem that reduced the need for lengthy formal training and improved user support at the point of need.
