ePA-CC GmbH, a healthcare software provider, wanted to help care staff quickly and reliably learn how to use its epaAC method for documenting care information. The challenge was to present complex care documentation and assessment content in a way that was clear, practical, and suitable for both initial training and refreshers.

tts worked with ePA-CC GmbH to develop a web-based training (WBT) course for epaAC, using scenario-based learning, illustrations, voice narration, and a dedicated input mask to explain the assessment approach. The solution was rolled out in versions 2.2 and 2.3, reached more than 210,000 users across about 800 institutions, and earned the Comenius-EduMedia-Award for digital educational media.
