E.ON, one of Europe’s largest energy network and infrastructure operators, needed to roll out a company-wide process and technology platform based on SAP S/4HANA for 72,000 employees across more than 500 companies in 12 countries. The challenge was to provide consistent training, process guidance, and compliance support without creating an expensive, slow, and hard-to-scale classroom training program. tts helped E.ON address this with the tts performance suite.

Using the tts performance suite, E.ON created a centralized digital adoption and knowledge platform with localized, multilingual learning content, performance support, and business guidance available in the moment of need. tts enabled quick creation and easy updates of training materials, improved user confidence and acceptance across applications, and reduced training outlay, while supporting a single source of truth for the Group. E.ON is also extending the solution to other initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA United, SPACE, and EAM, with plans to use tts for Windows 11 support, Creator, and role-based push notifications.
