Emmi Group, the leading Swiss milk processor with about 5,300 employees worldwide, faced fragmented HR processes and no unitary group-wide system for employee master data as it expanded internationally. To harmonize HR processes, establish global master data management and support sustainable talent management, Emmi Group selected tts to implement SAP SuccessFactors.

tts implemented SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession and Compensation), migrated the technical infrastructure to the cloud and ran a Swiss pilot of 3,000 users that went live after eight months in summer 2015, with all 5,300 employees planned for rollout by 2017. The tts-led solution delivered greater transparency, more efficient performance management and comprehensive reporting, simplified day-to-day operations and significant recruitment time savings through pre-filled job adverts and direct candidate-to-master-data transfer.
