Preview of the Ordina Case Study

Dutch consultancy Ordina looks at learning from a new perspective

Ordina, a Dutch consultancy, faced a common post‑ICT‑change problem: research showed a 7.6% performance loss among employees after system changes (costing about €19.3 billion nationally) driven by poor skills, lack of support and the effects of the Forgetting Curve. To shift from one‑off training to learning that supports performance at the moment of need, Ordina developed a goals‑driven blended learning methodology and engaged tts—using the tts performance suite/performance support solution—to provide on‑the‑job, just‑in‑time guidance.

Using tts, Ordina combined blended “flipped learning” with step‑by‑step performance support (accessible via high‑level process diagrams) and monitoring capabilities that track both learning progress and on‑the‑job performance. The approach cut formal training time by about 50% in an SAP finance rollout, gave trainers real‑time analytics to time go‑live decisions, and enabled measurable outcome tracking (for example counting documents per asylum seeker before and after implementation) — demonstrating tts’s role in sustaining competency and reducing operational inefficiency.
