DMK Group, Germany’s largest dairy cooperative, wanted to use Microsoft 365 as the foundation for location-independent collaboration and more modern work processes across about 3,300 digital workplaces. To support the rollout, DMK Group partnered with tts and needed a training approach that would reduce hesitation around change and help employees understand the personal benefits of the new way of working.

tts implemented a customized Blended Learning – tts Microsoft Empowerment program centered on more than 100 key users. The solution combined online sessions, web-based training, and online support, with a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning. According to DMK Group, the training was very well received, communication with tts was highly efficient, and the organization is already seeing rapid results as key users begin supporting colleagues across the Microsoft 365 rollout.
