Digital adoption platform supports global employee development
KIRCHHOFF Automotive, a global manufacturer operating 27 locations across 11 countries, needed a better way to support employee development as its digitalization efforts accelerated. Its existing LMS was not enough to deliver truly global, digital learning or help staff adapt to changing processes, compliance requirements, and new technologies. tts and its performance suite were brought in to support this broader transformation.
With the tts performance suite, KIRCHHOFF Automotive created a central digital learning and support hub through QuickAccess, eLearning content, and context-sensitive in-app guidance across SAP, Microsoft, and other applications. Around 4,000 notebook users can now access training and workflow help, while 150 authors have produced about 1,000 eLearning units. The result is a global single source of truth, stronger adoption of business applications, faster onboarding, and improved efficiency and quality during ongoing change projects.
