Continental AG, one of the world’s leading technology companies in manufacturing, needed a way to drive continuous change across a highly complex global organization. As it rolled out new IT applications, processes, and ways of working, the company sought to build strong employee acceptance and make change an integral part of its culture. tts supported this effort with its tts performance suite, a digital adoption platform and performance support solution.

With tts performance suite, Continental created a single source of truth for around 100,000 employees, providing step-by-step guidance, documentation, and training for more than 15 applications. The platform supported major change initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA migration, Microsoft Dynamics rollout, and IT service management deployment, while also enabling rapid content growth: more than 23,000 company-specific documents were available, with over 2,500 new documents and nearly 13,000 updates added in 2021. Continental also reported a 700% rise in user numbers and smoother remote work adoption.
