The City of Zurich partnered with tts to advance its “Digital City” initiative by standardizing and digitizing HR processes across nine departments and more than 40 organizational units. With around 30,000 employees and complex legal, political, and organizational requirements, the city needed a partner with both technical SAP SuccessFactors expertise and strong HR process knowledge to modernize performance and compensation management.

tts implemented SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation, and is now supporting the rollout of SuccessFactors Learning. Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, tts helped create compliant, unified digital processes, including a semi-digital appraisal workflow for employees without PC access, and trained 160 decentralized HR administrators. The projects were completed on time and within budget, improving efficiency, transparency, and standardization across the organization.
