Bosch Rexroth, a global specialist in drive and control technologies, faced the challenge of converting its week‑long, in‑person Key User Week for 80 sales employees across 33 countries—covering the Strategic Prognoses Planning (SPP) sales‑planning software—into an effective virtual format without adding extra time demands on participants. The company engaged tts to redesign the advanced training so key users could master and cascade SPP knowledge as effectively as in the classroom.

tts converted five days of classroom content into 12 virtual sessions covering 14 subjects, delivering 47 sessions over 17 weeks and launching the first VC course within five weeks of cancelling the classroom event. The rollout achieved an average 85% participation (about eight attendees per session), created on‑demand learning resources, reduced travel and labour costs, and boosted sustained knowledge transfer and user initiative; a follow‑up survey found 53% wanted to continue virtual training and no participants judged it pointless.
