BDO, one of Germany’s leading audit, tax, and advisory firms, set out to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration and support virtual teamwork as part of its “Modern Digital Workplace” initiative. To do this, the company needed a better way to roll out Microsoft 365 and a new intranet for more than 2,100 employees while improving onboarding and reducing training effort, and it chose tts digital adoption solutions to help.

tts implemented the tts performance suite alongside Microsoft 365 empowerment and governance workshops, supported by tts learning architects who built a persona-based learning concept and tailored training formats. The result was a near-standard rollout completed in six months, broad employee acceptance and motivation, faster learning, a company-wide single source of truth, and support for more than 30 applications, with BDO also planning to use tts for cross-application help and future change communications.
