INEOS Styrolution Group GmbH, a leading supplier of styrene plastics with about 3,300 employees and €5.3 billion turnover in 2017, needed to standardize and automate employee master data for analytics and harmonize country-specific HR processes worldwide — all within an eight-month deadline. To meet this challenge they engaged tts to deliver a cloud-based HR solution using SAP SuccessFactors.

tts implemented an integrated SAP SuccessFactors rollout, deploying multiple modules across all countries at once and integrating third‑party applications while working closely with INEOS Styrolution HR teams to go live in record time. The result: standardized global processes for recruiting, learning, onboarding/offboarding and changes, replacement of local data repositories with a single HR platform, measurable efficiency and time savings for users, improved role-based budget control and the ability to analyze HR KPIs across the group — all achieved within the eight-month project.
