Novicare, an independent healthcare provider in the Netherlands, needed to quickly train its mobile, multidisciplinary staff on a new electronic patient record system called Nova. Traditional classroom training was not practical because teams worked across locations and the software would be updated regularly, so Novicare looked for flexible eLearning and performance support from tts.

tts implemented the tts performance suite with custom branded eLearning templates, a web portal, and context-sensitive QuickAccess support tailored to Nova. The solution enabled consistent onboarding, easier content creation and versioning, and faster authoring for internal teams; users could access work instructions and quality guidelines in under 10 seconds and in just two clicks. Novicare reported that the implementation met its need for a simple, accessible, low-TCO solution for both end users and administrators.
