The customer, Global Paratransit Inc. (GPI), was being outperformed by a competitor using a different software system across key metrics like productivity and on-time performance. To address this challenge, GPI chose to implement the 5M paratransit software solution from vendor TSS Paratransit.

By implementing TSS Paratransit's 5M software, GPI saw immediate and significant improvements. The results from a two-week period showed a 7% increase in productivity, a more than 2 percentage point improvement in on-time performance, and a 61% reduction in trips with excessive on-board travel time.
