Southern Flagship Institution maps 350 processes with TSI

The southern flagship institution engaged Transforming Solutions, Inc. (TSI) to modernize its student information systems across four campuses. The challenge was to assess the current state of processes, gather requirements for a new system, and build internal capability by training the institution's newly established Portfolio Management Office (PMO) in business process improvement methodologies.

TSI implemented a training and mentoring program using its "I DO, WE DO, YOU DO" approach to equip PMO staff with BPI skills. TSI also led the mapping of 350 business processes and conducted constituent experience sessions. As a result, 13 staff members were fully trained, 1119 unique system requirements were gathered, and the institution established a sustainable internal framework for continuous process improvement.
