RAF Cosford, home to more than 3,000 students and several technical training schools, was seeing a rapid rise in incoming parcels as online shopping increased. TSC Business Solutions provided Mailroom as a client-server internal mail and parcel tracking solution with handheld data capture terminals, signature capture, real-time updates, and lone worker tracking. The system helped RAF Cosford improve security and efficiency, automatically notify recipients when post arrived, and track deliveries without items going missing; the station reported passing 10,000 parcels delivered with no lost items since installation.
