With Finch, Green Places enabled secure, permissioned connections to more than 90% of the HR platforms its customers use, replacing manual uploads with a quick white-labeled connect flow. The result was a savings of 5 to 7 hours at onboarding per customer, access to data needed for 40% of emissions calculations, and a stronger foundation for future real-time carbon accounting and employee engagement features.
