Otter implemented its multi-location delivery management solution, which consolidated operations onto a single tablet. This provided advanced analytics and an auto-accept orders tool, simplifying reporting and menu updates. As a result, ExtraMile saw a 20.8x increase in sales year over year and a 98.3% decrease in missed orders across the 407 locations that adopted Otter.
