The customer, ExtraMile, a partnership between Chevron and Jackson Food Stores operating 1,000 convenience stores, sought to scale a third-party delivery business. Their challenge involved managing operations across many locations with inefficient, multiple tablets and a lack of clear reporting and menu management tools. They partnered with the vendor Otter to find a solution.

Otter implemented its multi-location delivery management solution, which consolidated operations onto a single tablet. This provided advanced analytics and an auto-accept orders tool, simplifying reporting and menu updates. As a result, ExtraMile saw a 20.8x increase in sales year over year and a 98.3% decrease in missed orders across the 407 locations that adopted Otter.
