How Zappi got 5x more NPS responses

Zappi, a market research software company, needed a better way to connect user feedback with behavior insights so its Customer Success team could improve adoption and the user experience. Before working with Chameleon, Zappi struggled to collect usable in-app feedback, analyze survey results, and understand what was causing friction without relying on engineering support.

Chameleon implemented in-app NPS Microsurveys, tours, tooltips, and a Resource Center, with integrations to tools like FullStory and Mixpanel. The results were strong: Zappi increased in-app NPS response rates from 10% to 65%, built a BETA community of 200+ users, and launched more than 300 in-app experiences to drive engagement and product adoption.
