SoSafe, a security awareness and human risk management platform, needed a better way to collect quantitative customer feedback and communicate product updates without relying on engineering support. Before working with Chameleon, the team struggled to gather responses to surveys and could not easily ask users for impressions inside the product, making it harder to guide product decisions.
Using Chameleon’s in-app Tours and Microsurveys, SoSafe created frictionless survey prompts, product-update walkthroughs, and review requests directly in its dashboard. The result was a 10x increase in feedback, about 50 survey responses per month instead of five in three months, and growth from 60 to 400 G2 reviews in roughly two months, while also boosting feature awareness and establishing a repeatable product-announcement process.
