With Chameleon, Fivetran collected feedback during beta tests, helped drive successful product launches, and uncovered issues earlier in the release cycle. The team reported finding 10–15 bugs that might have been missed before general availability, helping ensure a smoother release for more than 1,000 customers in the optional opt-in beta.
