Degreed is a B2B2C online learning platform that centralizes workplace and personal learning while tracking skills growth. Facing a major redesign of its Learner Home—from a feed to a section-based UI—Degreed needed to onboard tens of thousands of users to a beta experience and collect continuous, in-product feedback without disrupting learning or overwhelming support.
