Making a Big Splash in Store

Pets At Home wanted to increase appeal for its aquatic area in store, which was less popular than the small animals section. Truth Creative was briefed to drive footfall to the area, support children’s interest, and help parents understand the demands of fish care.

Truth Creative created a sub-brand and a suite of characters to present temperate fish in a more engaging way while also guiding the buying process for children and educating parents. The work increased footfall to the aquatics area in store, helping improve attention in a previously less loved area for pet purchasing.
